At AskGanesa, we are committed to delivering high-quality astrology education. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have structured this policy to be fair to both our students and our instructors.
⚡ Free webinar bookings are non-refundable as no payment is collected. For paid courses and webinars, please read the specific conditions below.
2. Free Webinar Bookings
Our introductory webinars are offered free of charge. No payment is collected for these sessions, therefore no refund is applicable. If you are unable to attend, your seat simply becomes available for another student.
3. Paid Courses — Refund Eligibility
For paid online courses, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 24 hours of purchase — Full refund (100%), provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content
- Between 24–72 hours of purchase — 50% refund, subject to review
- After 72 hours — No refund will be issued once the course has been substantially accessed
4. Paid Webinars — Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation 48+ hours before the webinar — Full refund (100%)
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before — 50% refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours — No refund; however, you may transfer your seat to another person by informing us
- No-show on the day — No refund will be provided
5. Webinar Postponement by AskGanesa
If AskGanesa postpones or cancels a scheduled webinar for any reason, registered participants will be:
- Offered a seat in the rescheduled session at no additional cost
- Entitled to a full refund if they cannot attend the new date
- Notified via email at least 12 hours before the original session time whenever possible
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Downloaded PDF materials and study guides
- One-on-one consultation sessions once conducted
- Courses or webinars purchased during special discount or flash sale periods (clearly marked)
- Convenience fees or payment gateway charges levied by Razorpay
7. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at refunds@cosmicpath.in with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Order ID]"
- Include your registered email address, payment ID, and reason for the refund
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Razorpay processes the reversal and timelines may vary.
