By accessing or using AskGanesa's website, courses, webinars, or any other services (collectively "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Services Offered

AskGanesa provides online astrology education through:

• Pre-recorded video courses available on-demand
• Live interactive webinars conducted over Zoom
• Study materials, PDF guides, and worksheets
• Community access and Q&A sessions with instructors

3. Enrolment & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in our paid courses or webinars. By completing a booking, you confirm that the information provided (name, email, phone, city) is accurate and belongs to you. AskGanesa reserves the right to cancel enrolment if fraudulent or incorrect information is detected.

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Your enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment verification
• AskGanesa does not store your card or bank details
• For EMI or instalment options, please contact our support team

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through AskGanesa's Services — including videos, PDFs, course materials, graphics, logos, and webinar recordings — is the exclusive intellectual property of AskGanesa or its instructors. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course material
• Record, share, or re-upload webinar sessions without written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes or resale
• Create derivative works based on our materials

6. Code of Conduct

All participants in live webinars and community spaces are expected to:

• Treat fellow students and instructors with respect and courtesy
• Refrain from sharing offensive, misleading, or harmful content
• Not spam, advertise, or solicit other participants
• Keep webinar access links private and not share them with others

Violations may result in immediate removal without a refund.

7. Webinar Access

Live webinar access links are sent to your registered email address. AskGanesa is not responsible for missed sessions due to incorrect email addresses, technical issues on your end, or failure to check email. Recording access, if offered, will be communicated separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

AskGanesa's Services are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. Astrology is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. AskGanesa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services or reliance on astrological information provided.

9. Modifications to Services

AskGanesa reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any course or webinar. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered a rescheduled date or a full refund as per our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
